I think scalp bleach is maybe not a speciality here, so perhaps it was on me for booking the wrong salons for what I needed
All staff were very friendly and it had a nice vibe, but I wanted a roots-bleach and tone for my platinum hair
Sadly my stylist was nervous about leaving the bleach on for too long, she did only 30 mins so my roots were very yellow, then they also didnt have toner in the salon for white/platinum , so we toned twice but still yellow, had to do again myself when I got home
