Sadly the girl wasn’t in mood to work this morning, very bad service.. it took like 10 minutes to do a Hollywood and I still got hair.. she didn’t even finish with tweezers like they normally do, I still got lots of hair, and for some reason she charge me £0.75 more

I had a big brief going into see Henry for the first time - highlights for my wedding day, next week.
We had a chat and he immediately understood and explained the method he was going to take to get us there.
