I asked for a trim and I said I want my hair to frame my face which was understood as I want short hair. My hair was around mid back and I left with it above my shoulders. Instead of getting an apology, I got an explanation that I got what I asked for ...
Might I add the hair was coloured recently which was a small fortune and its all gone now!
