The most painful wax that I have ever had. I was somehow cut by the end of it and it didn't stop bleeding for hours. The staff member told me at the end and said "oh dear" and disappeared. The wax was too hot and I was ignored when I mentioned it.

I would feel better trow £20 away on street than visiting this place.if you planning to visit, please avoid this place. I had the worst experience ever, the hair dresser Mihaela was super rude and grumpy. Don’t believe the rating. It’s not true!!!!!!
