Half an hour before the appointment I got a call to say they couldn't do it at Goodge St but could do 30mins later in Soho. Not a great start but Edina in Soho did a great job on my cut & blow dry, was very happy!

Booked a blow dry with a free conditioning treatment, which I never received or was told about. Styling was poor, and although I requested straighteners to curl my hair, the final result was very disappointing — worse than I could do myself. I also noticed another client with a brush stuck in her hair by a stylist. There was a strong sewage smell on entering. Would not recommend or return.
