I have been coming to this venue repeatedly for a variety of services (hair, nails, waxing) but never had such a terrible experience in my life - it was superpainful and took ages, both things which are clearly related to this new employee being unexperienced, or maybe tired and inattentive. Altogether unacceptable to be charged the full price after that, I'm afraid splash has lost a customer now.

Staff are disinterested and unhelpful, especially the lady working at reception who clearly didn’t want to work there. They had double booked me and another client and so rushed through my gel removal and didn’t remove the gel properly.
