The pros of the visit:
-Carmen was really friendly and I know she tried hard to work with my hair.
-My hair was nicely straight after the blow dry.
Cons:
-I’ve asked for curls. I showed the reference. Said that I can pay more if needed. Suggested to use an iron as my hair is tough to curl. I was reassured that brushes will do (it did work with a skilled specialist before)
-the brushes used looked quite old and melted from hot air.
-I lost so much hair on that appointment. It was really painful
