Wax was okay, very rushed (technician was really overbooked) so she didn’t check over at the end, so some patches were left behind. Also didn’t clean off wax properly and I had lots still left one me after.

Appointment was 30 mins late which was frustrating as I had a dinner reservation, but was offered soft drinks during wait and they were clearly busy on Friday eve.
Lovely stylist, very thorough and knowledgeable. Gave a perfect cut and complimentary blow dry, very happy with the service. Would 100% recommend and return
