The person washing my hair was very rough with my hair, kept pulling it during the wash even when I told him I have sensitive scalp. He was smoking before washing my hair and kept coughing during the wash. Water temperature was changing constantly even though they say the temperature is set and cannot be change. Will not come back again, awful experience.
