I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the hair treatment I received at your salon on [date of appointment]. Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations for several reasons, and I am seeking a resolution to this issue.
Firstly, the stylist who attended to me had very long nails, which made it difficult for her to wash my hair properly. This was uncomfortable and left my hair feeling unclean.
Secondly, it was apparent that the stylist lacked experience with dry hair.

Threading was not quite what I was used to- more painful than the previous places I’ve been to, where they usually ask you to stretch out your skin more between your fingers so they can take the hair out closer to the root (hurts less)- but result was the same albeit with temporarily more pain!
Stylist Edmond is exceptional- very friendly, humorous and warm with great attention to detail and care throughout the haircut. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back! Absolutely worth it
