Venue quite unprofessional and tatty looking. Receptionist was friendly and kind. Male barber walked around the waiting area staring at female customers in an intimidating way and then proceeded to play videos on his phone with no headphones. My hairdresser herself was very kind and sweet, unfortunately she couldn't speak any English so we tried to use a translator app through her phone. My haircut was super quick and not much attention taken to it. I walked out unsure if she was trained.

This was my first time at this establishment and I have to say that I was very impressed with the quality of service, the quality of my haircut and styling, the wonderful scalp massage while washing my hair. Everyone was really great from the moment I stepped in to the moment I left. I was offered a drink as well. Overall, great experience.
