Walla (hope I've got her name down correctly!) was really great. She's new at the salon and gave me an excellent express manicure. Only downside was a limited range of colours to choose from as many had run out but that's not Walla's fault at all.

The place was packed with activity, and I thought because of it I’ll have to wait. But I was wrong. They called me on time and we finished as planned. The wax was not even painful! And the reception person was superb! Made me feel comfortable and seen.
