This was my first time going to this salon and I had a very good experience. Mihaela was lovely and I felt really listened to what I wanted. I was pleased with my haircut and the colour. She also gave me some advice for styling which was appreciated. I would say the only small negative was there didn't seem to be any air conditioning so it did get very hot when all the hairdryers were going. They do provide you with drinks during your appointment though and that helped mitigate the heat a bit!
