It was extremely hot as the air conditioning didn't work. I asked the lady who was washing my hair to put the water colder but she didn't understand. Finally the manager came and activated something but this time the water was too cold. The root colour was darker than what I asked for. They quite hurt me when trying to remove the hair dye from my forehead. I have been to this salon few times in the past and I can tell that the standards have way lowered. I am afraid I won't go back again.
