Stylist at reception was very rude on arrival, then did not bother to tell the stylist who was waiting I was here. The stylist cutting my hair was then also very unfriendly and rushed my haircut, it came out noticeably different on each side. They spent less than 10min doing my cut, the appointment was 30min and no one was there waiting they could have put more care and time into doing a better job if they wanted to.
