Walking in on the therapist and receptionist discussing me was very awkward. They called me 5mins prior to my appt time to reschedule, I explained I was already outside but was told I would still have to wait 20mins which I did. The receptionist was telling the therapist that I refused to reschedule my appt and she could do a quick job. The waxing itself was terrible and I had to ask her to go over it. Lack of customer service and wouldn’t go back nor recommend

The hairdo was fine. The treatment said it includes hair wash on Treatwell, but it wasn’t included and I had to pay extra.
