This is the second time I've had my nails done here. I had a different therapist and was really satisfied with the end result. I felt like she went above and beyond what I'd asked for. Really happy with the service.

Usually i take the shellac off myself at home (easy to do) but had no time, so booked the take off as well. £5 for literally submerging your fingers in an acetone bowl seems too much, absolutely no effort from the staff - you are literally paying the acetone and scrapping off! at least in other places they wrap cotton and foil around your NAILS as to protect the skin of your FINGERS. Disappointing...
