Returning customer! There was a mishap with the booking, i booked for a specific therapist, and was assigned another - I was told this is happening quite a lot at that salon as the management is messing up Treatwell bookings or something - still not the therapist fault and the lady that actually did my nails (Rosa) is as professional and delivers amazing service as the one i booked with initially (Roxanna) - both highly recommended!
