Great experience. Roxanne was lovely and very attentive, ended up being mostly pain free. The wait upstairs in the hair salon for the beauty treatment was long and uncomfortable, would have appreciated if there was a waiting area downstairs in the beauty section instead as the salon was manic and had chemical fumes floating around. Overall great value for a wax in central London.
