Picked this salon because it was close to my office and reasonably priced. The therapist was nice, but the treatment rooms and the venue felt like it could do with freshening up, and while my waxing was quick, it felt a bit basic - wax was too hot and a bit painful. Very quick, like they have a high turnover of clients. Okay, but I probably wouldn't go there again.

Rosa was lovely and very thorough for my brazilian hot wax. Everything in the room was super clean and she was very professional. £23 is great value for this in central London and it's £5 cheaper Mondays and Tuesdays.
