First time there and was really impressed by my therapist Frederica. She made it v comfortable and gave tips on maintaining. The was itself was quick, efficient and really not too painful. This is going to be my monthly salon of choice from now on. Hassle free!

My microdermabrasion treatment was excellent. My therapist asked how sensitive my skin was before starting. She cleansed face with several products before using the microdermabrasion machine. She applied the crystal/sucction twice on each area of the face. As per my request, she kept strength higher on some areas and more gentle on others. Skin looked happy the next day. Therapist very sweet and friendly.
Two minor issues on the booking side:
- underestimates length of treatment. It took longer than the 1 hr stated in the website.
- slot I had booked was not actually available so they contacted me a couple of hours after online booking and offered slot 30 min earlier. Fortunately I had some flexibility.
