Nice, clean salon with friendly receptionist, however I wasn't impressed with the treatment. The therapist showed me to the room and then left again with no explanation of what to do/when she'd be back etc....had it been my first wax I would not have had been put at ease at all. Actual treatment wasn't great - I wasn't asked what kind of shape I wanted, it was quite painful and generally I wasn't made to feel very comfortable. My usual place has closed down and I was looking for a new place to go near my work but I will have to look elsewhere.
