The place is functional rather than luxurious. My therapist was really sweet, not a single complaint about the length of time I'd 'left it' before coming in for a wax. But unfortunately she left some hair behind so the job wasn't impeccable.

I had an upper lip wax and it was really good.
I was quite disappointed with the staff's organization. They were a slightly confused with the appointments on the day I visited. Rather than that, the venue itself was very nice and clean.
In a nutshell , location was extremely convenient and the venue is good value for money.
