Not bad, but not enthusiastic - would probably try elsewhere for waxing before I return. I got mixed strip and hollywood wax (legs, bikini). The lady was very nice and trustworthy. It seemed that she was more comfortable using strips, though (I had asked for hot wax). As that ended up being painful, we did a mixture of both, but quite a few hairs (esp. on the legs) were only removed superficially so are growing back very quickly.

Second time that I went to Splash in Goodge Street and it was really great again. Think I'm gonna make this my regular place for waxing! Quick, perfect and very professional staff. They can easily do the job during your lunch break, just make sure to be on time!
