Sandra was my Soprano Laser therapist and she was very friendly and professional. She seems very experienced, and put me totally at ease. Also good was to be able to book only a couple of days in advance, and have an Saturday evening appointment - a total rarity!
The treatment room is very small so she really has to be very efficient to get around the treatment bed.
Splash are so good!! Though I hear the Soho branch is not so great...the girls at Goodge Street take such care to do a good job and seem really interested in doing your nails as well as possible. Only thing I would change is the terrible music which blasts out upstairs and is actually quite stressful, and carries downstairs to affect what should be very relaxing procedures. Would be lovely if it had more chill out music because it should be a little oasis off the busy street outside. Brilliant at nails though, really consistent and a very good price. Do not increase prices!!

Really nice manicure, with a lovely OPI varnish. My therapist was nice and gentle but also very personable and really funny.

I got a really nice pedicure and sherlac nails done. The stuff were really professional and I got what I expected.
