All great! Staff were on time and very busy. For this sort of treatment, the buzz of activity was nice. The manicure was great and the shaping and cuticle work lasted. The shellac polish didn't last a week though - next time gel!

My consultant was very friendly and professional. She took her time and was very thorough. We had a good chat while I was there which made the whole process less awkward.
