The staff and waxing treatment was great, however the rooms were dirty and there were no hooks or even a chair to put my clothes on. The floor was covered in hair from previous treatments - very unpleasant!

Not a luxury experience but nails are really nice and neat. There's a good selection of colours to choose from. Great value for shellac as well.

My therapist was friendly and made sure I was comfortable, however there were a few air bubbles on my nails and the edges weren't the neatest. However, lovely colour selection and clean environment.

Splash is a functional, central London beauty room - small, not particularly private and no spa ambience but it does the job. I've been back twice and it's not close to my home or work but the first time was one of the best facial's (Deep Cleanse) I've ever had; I noticed a real difference to my skin.

Made to feel totally at ease and definitely one of the least painful wax treatments I have had. Great value for the area. Really speedy service in and out in 20 minutes.
