Really happy with my treatment as ever. The therapist was friendly and efficient. Very pleased with the results which have lasted over 2 weeks. I've shopped around and this is on of the best value shellac manicures in central London.

It's my regular spot for treatments because over the past year I really enjoyed it. However, this time it wasn't the best experience. I got my regular beautician which I specifically asked, but she was just rushing whole process more than usual. I was aware that I'm her last customer (I'd assume that after long day everyone would want to go home), but it shouldn't affect the treatment. Several times I've mentioned that the wax is too hot (i was burnt with hot wax in the past so was worried), but I got the answer that temperature is as per usual. Also, when I got back home I had to tweeze some remaining hair because beautician wasn't bothered to do a precise job. It's disappointing experience especially from the person I've chosen expecting the best result.
