I advised the therapist that the hair was very tough and please make sure not to break at the roots. It was all broken at the root so 1 week later there is a lot of regrowth. Really not happy about that.

The actual treatment ie the end result was fine but I felt the staff were a bit unfriendly and I was just left to sit there at the end of my treatment. No one came to check on me so in the end I just left. Just felt a bit bizarre
