Staff member I had made me feel a bit crap as she commented on how bad a state my skin was in. Wasn't sure it was necessary- I was there to be pampered after all!

I gave up trying to remove Shellac or Gelish polish at home. The removal process was quick and professional, with special care taken to add cuticle oil and moisturizer after. Thank you!
