I booked a 4pm appointment. Day before appointment got email saying appointment was changed to 4:30pm without checking ok with me. Arrived, no one at the front desk for over 10 minutes. Then I managed to check in. Got seen about 4:50 cause they messed up with another costumer. Finally, met my beautician. Lovely girl but she was rough, still in pain.

Carmen was great and she did a very good job with my colour and my blow dry. Very bad the experience with splash, allowing me to book for Asma who left weeks ago and allowing me to book for 2pm when nobody was available at that time.
