Overall an okay experience, and excellent value for money. However I booked for a hot wax, but the waxer said that she would be able to pick up the hairs easier with strip wax - I really wish I had said no to that. My skin was red for two days and peeled afterwards. I would still recommend, but definitely say no to strip wax if you have sensitive skin like me.

Beautician was very thorough but felt she was inexperienced as she had to keep going over the same areas repeatedly which made it uncomfortable and one of the most painful waxes I've had.
