All in all, the luxury facial was not that luxurious. Despite the fact that it as advertised to be for face and décolletage, the woman barely even touched my neck or chest and the massage, which you pay extra for, was quite short. The skin on my face afterwards is VERY dry and, though the initial redness was to be expected after an extraction, the experience was definitely more painful than relaxing. There were no follow-up instructions about soothing or caring for the skin. The woman who performed the procedure was nice but not too talkative, which is good with me. They played some music that was a bit unnerving and all the sounds of the rest of the salon were quite loud in the private room. Overall, probably not worth the money and not very nourishing for the skin, but clean workspace, professional staff, and nothing horrible.

The shellac manicure was one of the best I've had. I've been to this salon before and it's probably the friendliest of the Splash salons. Excellent manicure and the beautician was very pleansant and left feeling very happy with my nails. Would definitely recommend.
