It was less painful than usually is. The hot was doesn't pull your skin and it's a big difference. The timing was perfect no need to wait and the room was cozy and clean. Will be back

The staff could have been more friendly. They were quite in hurry and quite careless in making me wait (that was ok for me, I wasn't in hurry). The waxing itself has been very good.
