I always come to splash for my shellac manicures and they're normally great. Recently though they have taken on a lot of new staff who I think are completely new to doing manicures. I had a new beautician for this visit and unfortunately she was slow, quite rough, cut me quite badly whilst doing my cuticles and had to completely re do one nail from scratch as she used to much shellac. i was very unimpressed on this one occasion, but this is not my usual experience.
