They were a bit slow to get started but once I had the treatment I was made comfortable and relaxed. First time having microdermabrasion and it didn't hurt at all. Had lines on my face and neck from the treatment but that wasn't an issue with the staff, that's just the procedure, however these lines disappeared the next day. Skin felt so clean, I felt confident to walk around with no makeup on. I have read that it takes 3 or 4 treatments to see a clear difference though.

Quick and efficient as always! A little bit rough on the cuticle scraping though as my cuticles were very sore. The nails look good though and they last the full 2 weeks.
