Normally everything here is spot on and I leave glowing recommendations however they have had some new staff and sadly they are not as good as the older people. The lady doing my pedicure, (Fabiana) albeit very sweet did not listen to how I wanted my nails at all. I specifically asked for square shaped but she made them completely round and pointy. Her English was not very good so I struggled to explain to her what I wanted. She also did not do a thorough enough job as the rest of the lovely ladies do.
