The people there are very nice and the coffee is very good. I last had good coffee in Japan, but they have very good smooth o Italian coffee there. The staff was very friendly and I felt good there. They don't do the job for money only as many other places do. They like what they do and they do it well. Next time I need haircut in London, I will go there.

I really like this place the majority of the time, however now and then I get a waxer who seems to be in a rush (my last one only took 10 mins!) and even though I specify hot wax, wont do much hot wax and will mainly do strip wax. Its really disappointing, as there are some other waxers who are great and very precise.
There is also discrepancies on the price list, depending on which option you choose on treatwell, I end up paying differently nearly every time I go
