This is the second time I've been to Splash and while I still feel the atmosphere is not great I like that treatments are quick and very good value for money, perfect for a lunch break manicure. I would return. The staff are very friendly but I've only given them 3 stars because they don't speak very good English and there's a lot of chatting between them while treatments are going on which sometimes gives off a bit of an unprofessional feel.
