I'm a regular at the salon as it's quick and good value for money. I went in for shellac take off and was really disappointed with my experience this time. It was really busy and they had messed up their bookings so there were no free manicure tables. So I had to wait a while and then finally they asked to sit in the pedicure chair and wanted to do the removal in my lap. Not great. Then a chair became free and they moved me. Then they changed the therapist halfway through. Then they needed the table again and moved me back to the pedicure chair. It was all a bit of a mess. The only redeeming thing was the therapist who first took care of me was very nice and apologetic but the whole experience still left me with a sour taste. I'll probably give them one more chance but I will certainly be less positive about the salon going in
