I arrived quite early and since there wasn't much space for me to wait, I was told to go back in 10 minutes. When I did so, I was still left waiting, which is okay cause I was early after all. However, 2 ladies passed by me and one started saying really loud to the other how "nasty" the place was, which obviously caught my attention. They weren't wearing uniforms and were opening doors that clients are not supposed to, so I believe they were responsible for the cleaning of the space and I thought it was really unprofessional to say that out loud right next to a client.

As always, Splash Goodge Street provided a great service! Whenever I arrive for a Hollywood, I'm a little nervous... but the staff here put me at ease immediately. They are friendly, warm and work efficiently. The place is always clean and tidy and there are even TV screens on the ceiling, which offer a welcome distraction.
