My treatment started late, despite me arriving 10 mins early and the woman attending to me being upstairs talking to her friend. When she did attend to me, she hacked away at my cuticles, and was generally slow and messy in her application. My nails chipped 2 days later. This is usually my favourite splash to go to but this wasn't a good experience - disappointing.

The treatment was good however it stated that it would take an hour however it lasted 50 min so I'm not sure if that means i have great skin that didn't require as much treatment or I was short changed!
