I've been going to Splash for about a year now for waxing and I can't find fault with them! On the odd occasion I have had to go elsewhere for scheduling purposes, and I am disappointed every time I don't go to Splash! The salon is spotless and the products are top quality. Hygiene is paramount here, you can tell. The staff are smiley and chatty if you want to engage with them, but you can sit in silence if you prefer (like I do on days when I have a lot on my mind!) If you want a brazilian (or anything else...) go here. You'll be a convert!

The hairdresser pressed so hard with the clippers when doing the back of my neck that she broke the skin and it was very sore and red for days, so overall not a good experience.

I booked an intensive mani and pedi.When arrived I was asked to start with mani as there was no free spot for the pedi at the moment.I made clear from the early beginning I would have to leave on time(as booked) as I had a meeting afterwards and I was told not to worry.
I had my mani done and have been waiting for a free spot for pedicure.Finally, time-wise I had to have a shellac pedicure as there was no time to have my pedi done and dry on time, paying obviously extra!The treatment was good and staff kind but is the 3RD time I was running late in this salon!!
I don't think will go again!
