I booked both a haircut and nails at the salon and this caused issues. The atmosphere at the salon isn’t great - no one really spoke to me. Didn’t feel listenedto.
My haircut was very fast but ended up average. Nail experience was TERRIBLE. Literally came out with already chipped nails, bleeding cuticles and polish on my fingers. Worst manicure ever - avoid! I didn’t want to ask her to fix it because I don’t think she could so I just left.

This is honestly the worst hair cut i have ever had in my life. I arrive and taken to the seat - the barber was a nice guy but clearly didnt know how to cut hair - or at least my style of hair.
He used clippers all over, i asked for 0.5 fade but got that all over, different shades all over my head. the guy announced he couldnt use scissors and proceeded to cut the top of my hair with clippers.
Absolutely horrific - spent another 30 minutes in a different barbers afterwards.

Fantastic haircut! I was switched from the Goodge Street branch to the Soho one due to an issue with availability which was handled very smoothly, with the option to change date or switch location. Only issue was the in salon music was a bit much
