Had a new technician doing my nails, who did a great job but I've been happier with my nails on previous visits. Still they are very neat and the service was quick and easy.

Very happy with my manicure. Carried out by a lovely beautician who was really thorough. I had a lovely experience overall and would definitely go back- great value for money!

Always lasts a really long time! Annoying to have to pay an extra £12 each time for a take off though, given I only ever use this salon.

Had a different girl do my nails - Not as good as I am used to. Colour wasn't put on very neatly, she forgot to put on cuticle softener, cuticle oil and the top coat until I reminded her. She was too interested in the other members of staff who didn't have clients and were talking amongst each other.
Nails already chipped less than a week after getting them done.
This salon is normally great, I just hope I don't get the same member of staff next time.
