This is the third time I've had gel nails done here and it was only this time that I have something bad to say! When the lady was filing and cutting my cuticles she made at least 3 of my fingers bleed as she was so heavy handed and rough! She didn't apologise and it was quite obvious it was uncomfortable for me! I had these done 3 days ago and my fingers still feel sore! The overall colour and quality of the gel is great which is why I returned here but just be prepared I think sometimes they can be a bit too rough which made it an unenjoyable experience rather than a relaxing one!
