Overall had a good treatment. The ambience isn't tok good but Splash is great value for money. Only things is my manicurist didn't file my nails properly and the sides were pushing into my skin so I had to file them a bit more when I got home

Very happy with my manicure. Carried out by a very lovely beautician who was really thorough. I had a lovely experience overall and would definitely go back- great value for money!

Unfortunately this time I was disappointed with the result. The beautician kept putting hot wax on the places where she just ripped so I made a comment that she most likely going to burn my skin. When she finished I found quite a few hairs left and mentioned to her. She offered to do quickly strip waxing, but I refused as it's very bad for my skin. Surprisingly all previous times beauticians used a tweezer so that the end result would be perfect. This time Mariana didn't bother.
