This is difficult as my partner had a Men's Haircut and thought it was brilliant - really took his time, all done with scissors and found it really good value.
Unfortunately the ladies cut and Opalex was terrible. From the poor wash and 'Opalex' (which was not anything like what I was expecting and my hair felt no different whatsoever - a conditioning mask would have done a better job) to trying to comb my thick hair from top to bottom to the poor cut (picking up small sections of my hair and just randomly chopping into it) - I just wanted to leave and was already planning on getting another cut somewhere else as soon as possible. I wanted my fringe cut back in but fortunately as she didn't speak very good English, she didn't really understand so after my poor cut she left my fringe and I didn't remind her! The blow dry was quick and wasn't as I wanted - didn't last long but I just wanted to get out of there.
Very disappointed, especially as the gentleman's cut was very good. Would not recommend.
