I always come to Splash for my wax, but this time I was disappointed. The beautician was probably new, her English wasn't very good but she was nice. When she was "done" with the wax and left me to dress up, I saw that there were big areas that haven't been waxed. I had to step aside and ask for her to come back and finish it. Which she did after apologizing. The manager then apologised to me and it was fine, but it seems unprofessional and I felt awkward.

Super quick, and got the job done! I don't know the name of the woman that did the wax but she was really nice.
