Friendly, professional staff who go above and beyond to provide a great service. They changed my appointment time at last minute when I requested and even provided refreshments whilst I got my nails done. I'll definitely be returning here for my shellac. Thank you!

Happy with my nails but they didn't have the first two colours I chose from the options given to me, which was disappointing. I also found it extremely rude that a member of staff and customer on the table next to me were discussing in Italian what they thought about my nails (the customer wasn't a fan) - it's very unprofessional to speak about clients openly like that, and please don't assume that people don't understand you! I am fluent in Italian.
