Sorry to leave negative feedback. But this was a terrible manicure, and it took a very long time making me 30mins late for dinner. I’ve booked in somewhere else to have it redone tomorrow morning before my holiday

Last time I’ll visit this branch - I was waiting for over 30 mins for my appointment and as a result was late for my evening plans. Also shellac manicure is awful, caused damage to 2 of my cities by pushing back too far and the gels look horrific, bumpy and too thick - the therapist blamed it on old colour and had to re-do 3 of the nails. Still not right but I couldn’t wait any longer. I won’t return!
